SLOBODAN RANDJELOVIĆ

Slobodan Randjelović was born in 1970 in Niš. He has a bachelor degree in food technology engineering.

From 1997 to 2016 he worked in the private company “Unijapak” Niš as a food technologist, production manager and general engineer of development and quality control of raw materials and products. Since 2016 he has been working at the Student Center Niš, first as the head of the food service, and since 2019 as an assistant director for nutrition.

He has participated in numerous projects in the field of food safety, quality and environment and has the following certificates, licenses and titles:

Certificate for the implementation of the HACCP system and the ISO 9001 standard by the consulting company Qualitas Kragujevac;

Quality Manager and Environmental Manager License – by the European Agency for Quality and the European Environment Agency;

External Auditor for the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard License by the certification company Quality Austria;

Auditor for Food Standards (HACCP and ISO 22000:2005 and FSCC22000) License by the certification company Quality Austria;

Food Safety Manager Certificate according to the principles of ISO 22000 Standards issued by Quality Austria;

Global GAP Standard with a Practical Part Certificate issued by the certification house LSQA from Uruguay for version 4, fruit and vegetable module;

Certificate for completed Global Gap Standards Inspector course and auditing opportunity for the Uruguayan certification house LSQA from Montevideo for the latest version 5 standards for fruit and vegetable modules and combined crops (cereals);

Certificate for completed training for new versions of ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 standards organized by trainers from the certification company Quality Austria;

Chemical Advisor Certificate issued by the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, University of Niš;

Certificate for completed management training held in Graz, Austria;

Cleaner Production in Agribusiness Certificate issued by USAID.

He is a member of the Association of Food Engineers of Serbia with its headquarters in Novi Sad.

He is registered in the database of consultants working on the standardization of organizations in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

He is married and the father of two children.
