Mrs. Ruzica Djordjevic
Mrs. Ruzica Djordjevic was born on March 2nd, 1962 in Vranje. She finished elementary and high school “Bora Stankovic” in Nis. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Niš and passed the Bar Exam of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia. She speaks Russian and German.
Her professional career began in 1994, when she started working in the District Public Prosecutor Office in Nis for two years. Afterwards, she kept on successfully performing the duties of a legal representative in the economy, as well as the affairs of secretaries and directors in the social enterprise.
For a short period of time she dealt with the legal matters in the field of law practice in her own law firm, and in 2005, she was elected Head of the Administration of Children’s Welfare, Social and Primary Health Care. Since 2008, she was the Head of the Department for Primary Health Care.
At the beginning of 2014, she was appointed Assistant Head for Health Care, and at the end of the same year, she was appointed Adviser on Patients’ Rights in the City of Nis.
In addition, she worked as a coordinator of the City of Nis within the project “Delivery of Improved Services at the Local Level”, as well as a coordinator of the City of Nis for social and health care in the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities for the last three years.
On June 26th, 2016, she was appointed Secretary of the Assembly of the City of Niš.
Mrs. Ruzica Djordjevic is married and has one child.
